The Daviess County Audubon Society has searched for a location to erect a bird blind for many years.  In 1999, DCAS began meeting with the Pennyroyal Girl Scout Council to discuss building a bird observation blind on their camp property located in Daviess County, KY.  Hopefully, construction of the bird blind will be complete by the fall of 2001.  The blind will be available for use by member of the Girl Scouts, as well as other users of the camp grounds.  Below are some photos of the blind during construction.
